I did my first review on John Faine from 774 radio station who was interviewing a lady called Asha Bosley about
Hollywood. I thought John asked Asha good questions about the subject like when did Bollywood actually begin how, long have you been in the business for, do you think that Bollywood will be more exciting now that they are putting violence in to the scripts. The weaknesses I found in the interview were when he signed of he didn’t tell the audience who was interviewing. Which is important if a listener has come half way through the interview and would like to know more about the person they wouldn’t know how to go about it. I also found one of the questions he asked her he had to rephrase it because she didn’t understand I think he should of spoke clearer. The question techniques were well thought of he asked a lot of questions about the industry it’s self. How she got in to it and what goes on when you’re involved in Bollywood he also asked questions about her self including her background.
The second review I did was Karen and glen from ABC local radio station and they were interviewing Sally McKelin about breaking the record for the hundred metre hurdles. The interview was done well they had good questions and didn’t interrupt each other or the interview when answering the question. I think the questions were well planed because the answers sally replied with were more then one line. It sounded like she was really comfortable answering them. I only found one weakness in this interview which was when Karen she was asking a question she must of miss read a line because it didn’t make sense so she had to rephrase it. The questions they asked were good were questions that made Sally feel like having a good conversation such as. What will you do between now and training for your next event, how long has it taken for you to finally break that time, has this always been your childhood dream, questions she can really elaborate on.
